A fun and safe opportunity to keep your hockey player and teams engaged in hockey while improving conditioning, strength, and accelerating their hockey skill development (puck handling, agility, power, balance, athleticism)!

A great supplement to the Outdoor Rink (ODR) while we are having a break from team sports and gatherings. Designed for hockey players aged 10 and older, with ability to increase reps for older age groups.

• 1 Hour Training Session (not including stretch and cool down)

• Weekly Registration: Week #8 - To Be Announced

• Wednesday 6:00 - 7:30pm
